Genevieve is commencing a bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Honours) and Economics at UQ with the aim to specialise in Mechanical engineering. Using both the technical and theoretical aspects of her dual degree, Genevieve strives to helping create a more sustainable, efficient, innovative and equitable future.

Moving to Brisbane State High School in 2021, Genevieve graduated in 2022 as both a House and Volleyball Captain. She graduated with an ATAR of 99.90 and was awarded the school’s prestigious Sir Herbert Watkin Award for Scholastic and Sporting Excellence.

After many years of training, during her senior years, Genevieve represented Queensland in both Beach and Indoor Volleyball and was part of the QAS Elite Volleyball Squad.

At State High she continued to encourage girls in sport through leadership, teaching and volunteering. Her commitment to the school was further commended when she received State High’s Sport Award for Outstanding performance in Volleyball and the Olympic Change Maker Award.

Genevieve is honoured to become a Liveris Academy Scholar and is looking forward to helping out in the development of sustainable and innovative practices.
